Relationship Manager (Hong Kong)
Principal Responsibilities
· Collect, document, evaluate, and socialize requirements for new Portfolio Managers
· Build and maintain strong relationships with Portfolio Managers and their team and serve as a trusted point of contact
· Work closely with Risk, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, HR and other teams on Portfolio Managers’ requirements
· Planning and organization of onboarding activities to provide a curated introduction to the Millennium platform
· Assist with strategic initiatives such as new strategies, products, markets and trading systems
· Manage portfolio creation, restructuring and shutdown activities
Qualifications/Skills Required
· 3+ years' relevant experience
· Strong intrapersonal and relationship building skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
· Highly analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills
· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to clearly articulate status and next steps
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
